How quickly will you respond to a brief?
We aim to reply within 1–2 working days with ideas, timings and guide rates.
What are typical lead times for campaigns?
  • Digital content (UGC image sets, reels, features): 2–3 weeks from brief.
  • Events & activations (workshops, pop-ups, open-garden days): 8–12 weeks depending on scope and venue.
Do you handle seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Halloween, etc.)?
Yes. We plan editorial and social packages around key retail moments. Helpful cut-offs:
  • Halloween: brief by mid-September for October delivery.
  • Christmas: brief by late October for late Nov–Dec delivery.
  • Spring/Easter: brief by late February.
  • Summer (garden/outdoor): brief by late April.

Do you shoot content yourselves?
We mainly work with brand-supplied assets for UGC image sets. If you need production, we can arrange it via trusted partners on request.
How do event partnerships work?
We co-create experiences (e.g. maker workshops, seasonal pop-ups, open-garden days). You share objectives and budget; we propose venue/format, handle creative direction and project management, and report on attendance and engagement.
What about usage and licensing?
Unless stated otherwise, sponsored content and edited image sets include 6-month organic use across the brand and Artisan Haus channels. Extended usage and paid ads/whitelisting can be added.

Boost / Promotion
Paying the platform to show a post to more people. We’ll set a small budget and target UK home & garden audiences.
Brand-supplied assets
Photos or video clips you already own and send to us to edit.
Call-out
A short, highlighted product box or note inside an article, with a clear “Shop” button.
Caption
The text that sits with a social post (we write this for you).
Creator / UGC
User-Generated Content made by a creator (not a TV ad). Can be hands-only or to-camera.
CTA (Call to action)
The nudge to click, shop or learn more (e.g., a button or link).
Cut-down
A shorter edit of the main video (e.g., 10–15 seconds) for extra posts or ads.
Evergreen article
A guide that stays useful over time and keeps attracting search traffic.
Insights
Built-in stats on Instagram (reach, views, taps) that we share in your report.
Link sticker (Story)
The tappable link on an Instagram Story. “Link sticker taps” = how many people tapped it.
Organic vs Paid
Organic = posted without ad spend. Paid = boosted or run as an ad.
Pinned post
Kept at the top of our Instagram grid for a set time (e.g., 48 hours) for visibility.
Reel
A vertical video on Instagram (usually 9:16, 1080×1920).
Thumbnail / Cover
The still image that represents a video on your grid or Reels tab.
UTM link
A tracking link so clicks from our post show up clearly in your analytics.
Usage licence
Permission to use the final content on your channels for a set time (e.g., 6 months). Doesn’t transfer copyright.
Whitelisting / Creator ads
Permission to run paid ads from our/creator’s handle. Optional add-on.
