How to Make A Healthy Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 good handful fresh kale (stems removed)
  • 2 tsp agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • ¼–½ cup cold water (adjust for thickness)

Optional toppings:

  • Sliced fresh banana and raspberries
  • Granola or muesli
  • Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • A drizzle of your choice of yogurt

🥄 Method:

  1. Blend all base ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and thick. Start with ¼ cup of water, then add more as needed to reach a spoonable consistency.
