- ¼–½ ripe avocado (smaller avocados work best)
- 1 large banana, sliced
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 handful of fresh kale, stems removed
- 2–3 teaspoons agave syrup, to taste
- 120–150 ml cold water, adjusted for desired thickness
