How to Make A Healthy Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries, chopped if large
  • ¼–½ ripe avocado (smaller avocados work best)
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful of fresh kale, stems removed
  • 2–3 teaspoons agave syrup, to taste
  • 120–150 ml cold water, adjusted for desired thickness

Optional Toppings

A drizzle of your favourite yoghurt

Fresh banana and raspberry slices

Granola or muesli

Chia or pumpkin seeds

Toasted coconut flakes

🥄 Method:

  1. Blend all base ingredients in a high-speed blender or the Ninja Creami until smooth and thick. Start with ¼ cup of water, then add more as needed to reach a spoonable consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and smooth the top.
