👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Mix the matcha
In a small bowl or jug, whisk the matcha powder with 2 tsp of filtered water using a matcha whisk or electric frother until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Combine ingredients
In a blender, add the whisked matcha, soy milk, soy cream, agave syrup, stevia, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Freeze
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container (do not exceed the max fill line). Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. Churn
Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and run the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. Re-spin with a splash of soy milk if needed for extra creaminess.
  5. Scoop & serve
Enjoy immediately for a soft serve texture or refreeze for a firmer scoop.

Why is Gen Z obsessed with matcha?
